Quick and Delicious Deer Roast

My husband loves to hunt so we always have a freezer full of deer and moose meat.  To make it not so gamey (I grew up eating a lot of beef, pork and chicken) I use a lot of garlic and garlic plus, soy sauce and water for flavouring and I let it sit for half a day or a full day before I roast it in the oven with assorted veggies (potatoes, sweet potatoes, onion, celery carrots).  A easy dinner in a pan.  It takes about 45 minutes to an hour to cook the meat and veggies thoroughly.  If the meat is still frozen or larger than 1 lb then it would take longer to cook.  Let sit for a couple minutes, then enjoy!
