Turkey Quinoa Chili

This is a delicious, quick take on Beef Chili.

Ingredients:

  • Lean Ground Turkey
  • Onion, Chopped
  • Celery, chopped
  • Garlic Clove, minced
  • olive oil
  • Quinoa
  • can of mixed beans
  • can of Tomatoes
  • can of Tomato Sauce
  • fresh thyme
  • Fresh Oregano
  • spinach
  • pepper, chopped
  • any other veggies

Directions:

Cook turkey with onion, celery, garlic and olive oil.  Add in other ingredients and simmer until ready to eat ( about 15 – 20 minutes) Can add cheese on top.
