Delicious stir fry 


2 tbsp coconut oil

1/2 onion

3 cups chicken

1/4 cup mini tomatoes 

1 celery

1 cup spinach leaves

1 pepper (any colour)

1 cup broccoli

1 cup sugar peas 

1 avocado 

Rice or quinoa (optional)

Stir fry everything together except the avacado.

Once it’s cooked add the avocado.

Serves two-three.
